Advanced Equipment
For solid wood kitchen cabinets, we use highly automated Cefla auto spray machine to paint, the benefits are,
- Improve efficiency, workers put cabinet doors on the booth, it runs as a loop, finish painting in very short time, and paint dry quickly;
- Improve paint quality, the machine controls paint volume, painting volume, speed and angle remains the same, make painting consistent and uniform. Reduce human errors;
- Environmental friendly, workers are not exposed to paint spray and gases, provide safety workplace, reduce harm to workers, and automatic filer reduce air pollution too;
- Reduce cost, Automatic painting replaced manual coating, reduce labor cost, meantime, use less paint too compared to manual hand painting;
- More flexible, can put different door styles on same paint booth, very flexible.
Strict QC Proceduer
We do follow strict quality control system during production
Some customer will ask us submit ISIR (Initial Sample Inspection Instruction) sheet.
For example, for drawer box, we’ll inspect dimension (width, length, thickness, groove location, groove width, groove depth, chamfer, moisture content, top edge radius) etc, we’ll measure and wrote down, make records.
For kitchen cabinet doors, as you can see from the picture, we’ll inspect each piece of it, workers with head light on, check one by one, thus kitchen doors are 100% inspected before painting. Even after paint, there’s QC inspect each door piece, make sure no defective products ship to customer.
For door colors, we do have light room and colorimeter machine, we’ll inspect colors in light room and under natural light, make sure each production batch color consistency, no color difference and customer can mix orders.
For UV paint and melamine paper, we follow such color inspection too.

How We Manufacture Frame Kitchen Cabinets?
We glue panel ourself, then cut to size, make S4S 4 sides sliced birch material
Cut dovetail drawer box, make tenon and mortise
UV coat is high scratch reisstance, our UV room is temperature constant.
UV 5/8” thick AB grade rubberwood or birch drawer box
Use glue assemble doors then put on high frenquency machine with high pressure
Sanding the surface and edge of doors & face frame
Normally if paint color we use Cefla auto spray machine, for stain color manual paint
Use plastic foam and corner protector, well package the cabinets
Some customers ask pallet shipment some without pallet
