How we manufacture kitchen cabinets
30 years experience in kitchen cabinets industry, enable us No.1 in this industry. Here’s the routine wood working procedure.
Preparing materials – 3 days, pull out bill of material from raw material warehouse.
Wood working – 10/15days, cuting, sanding, assembly etc.
Painting – 7 days, on Cefla auto spray machine .
PVC themofoil – 5 days.
Packaging – 3 days.

The workshop is more than 30,000.00sqm each factory, all our cabinets use Carb P2 plywood and E0 grade particle board, pass all formaldehyde test.
In our China factory, we have more than 300 full time experienced workers, and we dispatch a team of 30 expertise to our Malaysia factory. All other workers are foreign workers from Indonesia, Burma, Bangladesh etc.

Our Malaysia factory maninly manufacture for United States customers, Our China factory mainly manufacture for customers out of States. Our Malaysia factory is in Johor, Malaysia, close to Singapore. Our China factory is in Shandong Province, Shouguang City, close to Qingdao and Beijing.
Our montly capacity for both factories is more than 60 containers. We can meet your lead time requirement.
If you have inventory, you can send us your cabinet, we copy color and door style then send back to you for approval. You can also visit our factory any time. For project, you can send us door samples, we can do color match for you.
Normally 30% deposit, balance against copy of BL.
We provide 10 years warranty. Will replace for you for free if it is our factory defects. Or we can also visit you if u need us to be at your jobsite.
