Musen offers multi-selection cabinet doors to meet your needs.
- TFL cabinet doors, this is themofused laminate doors, also known as melamine doors. Unti-scratch, cost-effective.
- Thermofoil cabinet doors, MDF panel with PVC film on surface, can be different styles, long-lasting quality.
- Acrylic cabinet doors, anti-scratch, mirror effect, flawless surface, color stable, low maintance need.
- PET film cabinet doors, can be high glossy or super matt film, envoronmental friendly lamination film.
- Glossy UV cabinet doors, UV finish, super glossy outlook. Various colors, wood grains selection.
- Wood cabinet doors, can be solid wood or MDF, offer different door styles and colors, use a lot in frame cabinets.
Musen supply premium cabinets. Procedures mainly involve,
- Design and plan, provide custom design and planing service to customer. Recommend material, hardware, finish etc.
- Select material, Customers confirm whether use MDF, particle board or plywood. Approve hinge and slides too.
- Cutting panel, with German equipment HOMAG panel saw, CNC routers, Edge-banding machines, guarantee quality.
- Finishing, per cabinet doors customer selected, apply sanding, primer, or with veneer, laminate or other surface material.
- Install hardware, install hinges, drawer glides, cam lock, wood dowels, door bumpers, shelf supports, or pulls if needed.
- QC inspection, assemble the cabinet, with hardware installed, check dimensions, constructions, details etc.

We provide one-stop solution to our customers, we can provide you kitchen cabinets, quartz top, stainless steel sinks and ceramic sinks, the whole project together to you. Save your time and efforts and money.
European kitchen cabinets, also called frameless kitchen cabinets, it is cabinet construction without face frame. Most time it is cabinets made of melamine, PVC, acrylic, PET etc, sometimes solid wood with paint cabinets can also have European frameless construction.
If you don’t know the specifications, we’ll walk you through the process, from designing planing, to material selection, will prepare and show you how each type of European cabinets looks and make sure you make the best decision.
If you choose our inventory TFL color, lead time is 30-35days; if we need to customize and copy your color sample, normally takes about 65-75 days.
Because, first you send us your sample door, we copy and send back to you for approval, then if you confirm the color, our supplier takes about 15-20days to produce melamine paper, then 2 weeks to Malaysia, we press to particle board, start production. This process takes about 65-75 days
If production defective happens, we’ll supply you new one for free and ship out in your repeat orders. If it is project orders, we suggest you order extra 1%-3% as buffer.
If our quote got approved, we’ll send you the PI, after receive deposit, we discuss every detail then run the production, we’ll send you production pics or videos from time to time. And assemble each cabinet before package. Make sure you receive perfect cabinets.
