Musen European Kitchen Cabinets
European kitchen cabinets, also known as frameless kitchen cabinets, means cabinet construction without face frame on front, doors and drawer fronts directly installed on side panels. This is main difference compared with frame kitchen cabinets.
These cabinets are often made with plywood / particle board / sandwich panel carcass, with a couple selection of door materials, such as themofoil, acrylic, PET, TFL, melaminet etc. With German equipment, we’ll supply you products within very short lead time, 30days if you choose from our inventory material.
We can also customize color and wood grain per your sample color, as long as you send us your sample, will copy color and send back for your approval within 15 working days.
Musen European Kitchen Cabinets by Material
Cabinets made with melamine particle board, can be slab or shaker doors. These cabinets resist scratch. Various colors and textures are available.
These cabinets also know as PVC kitchen cabinets or laminate cabinets. It is thermofoil film applies to MDF / HDF. Available for any door styles and colors.
Available in high gloss and matte. Very durable. UV damage resistant. Low water absorption. Belong to very contemporary and modern kitchen styles.
These cabinets doors are made with UV panels, cut and edge band, normally high glossy. Surface very smooth looks like mirror, hard surface.
High glossy or super matte PET film laminated to MDF / HDF doors with PUR lamination, look similar to PVC kitchen cabinets.
Also know as melamine kitchen cabinets, some customers would like to call it TFL kitchen cabinets, thermally fused laminate cabinets. Melamine on PB.
Cabinets made with solid wood birch/maple or MDF, with paint color or stain color, construction is European frameless construction.
Can be High glossy UV cabinet, High gloss acrylic cabinet, high gloss thermofoil cabinet etc. Depends on which surface treatment u prefer.
Also know as thermofoil kitchen cabinet or PVC kitchen cabinet, same product, different name. Different door styles, colors, wood grain available.

Own factory both in China and Malaysia
Except China factory, in 2019, we set up own factory in Malaysia to serve United States customers.
There’s no import duty, no Anti dumping or Countervailing Duty importing from Malaysia, we do also provide Certificate of Origin to help customer clear custom. We dispatch 30 Chinese Team Leaders in Malaysia factory, leading local and foreign workers in Malaysia.
Currently both our China and Malaysia factory run well. We provide quick lead time, stable quality kitchens, great customer service to customers.

- Select material, Customers confirm whether use MDF, particle board or plywood. Approve hinge and slides too.
- Cutting panel, with German equipment HOMAG panel saw, CNC routers, Edge-banding machines, guarantee quality.
- Finishing, per cabinet doors customer selected, apply sanding, primer, or with veneer, laminate or other surface material.
- Install hardware, install hinges, drawer glides, cam lock, wood dowels, door bumpers, shelf supports, or pulls if needed.
- QC inspection, assemble the cabinet, with hardware installed, check dimensions, constructions, details etc.

European kitchen cabinets, also called frameless kitchen cabinets, it is cabinet construction without face frame. Most time it is cabinets made of melamine, PVC, acrylic, PET etc, sometimes solid wood with paint cabinets can also have European frameless construction.
If you don’t know the specifications, we’ll walk you through the process, from designing planing, to material selection, will prepare and show you how each type of European cabinets looks and make sure you make the best decision.
If you choose our inventory TFL color, lead time is 30-35days; if we need to customize and copy your color sample, normally takes about 65-75 days.
Because, first you send us your sample door, we copy and send back to you for approval, then if you confirm the color, our supplier takes about 15-20days to produce melamine paper, then 2 weeks to Malaysia, we press to particle board, start production. This process takes about 65-75 days
If production defective happens, we’ll supply you new one for free and ship out in your repeat orders. If it is project orders, we suggest you order extra 1%-3% as buffer.
