Musen Wood Cabinets Selection
Birch cabinets are most pupular cabinets on the market now. It’s hardwood, strong enough to hold screws, colors can be stain finish, natural color or paint finish. It’s wood grain looks similar to maple but price is almost the cheapest among all wood.
Our oak cabinets are made with solid oak face frame, doors and drawer fronts. Door styles can be shaker or raised panel depends on your request. Color normally is clear coat or raw supply. Carcass can by particle board or plywood.
More expensive than birch cabinets. We use AB grade maple raw material. The maple cabinets have nice looking wood grains, the quality is durable, highly resistant to scratch, dents or abrasions. Request minimum maintenance cost.
Hickory cabinets have stunning unique looking. We carefully choose the raw materials, make sure best wood grain parts are chosen and used. Our craftmanship make these cabinets more shining and attractive.

Musen Wood Cabinets Surface Finishes
Our cabinets will be sanded, primed sand again then primer again, normally 23 times primers and 2 times top coat. With AC paint as final top coat, make sure the surface are anti scratch, and survive harsh weather.
We offer paint and stain colors. Normally for center panels we’ll pre-colored to make sure when the wood contract and expand the center panel edges still same color as door style and door rail.
We have 2 ways applying final coat, on Cefla auto spray machine or with hand. Both looks great finish.

Above is our Cefla autospray machine, normally we use it to product paint colors which wood grain is invisible such as, white, gray, black, blue, antique white etc.
This is our hanging paint machine, these our workers use paint guns on hand spray the face frame, doors and drawer fronts, normally we produce stain color in this paint booth.

Our advanced machines, Cefla auto spray machine, HOMAG panel saw, CNC center, Light room, moisture control room enable us produce high quality cabinets to our customers.
In addition, before we start making doors, drawer fronts, face frame, all our raw materials are put in temperature room which temperature is nearly 40℃ to control moisture content, make sure moisture tent is average and within 8%-10%. After these facia are assembled we put them in moisture room again to even the moisture, prevent future corner crack.
All our cabinets are quality inspected and are Carb P2 certified. You can feel safe to use.
