Cut dovetail drawer box, UV clear coat to 5/8” solid wood drawer box.
Cut mortise and tenon of door stiles and rails, glue and assemble them.
Sanding the edges and surface, then primer and sanding again.
Use Cefla auto spray machine, with robot guns spray surface.

We use AC paint for doors and drawer fronts. The AC paint is long lasting, anti-scratch, very easy to clean.
Carcass is UV plywood, waterproof material is available too.

Solid wood door, drawer fronts and face frame
For this white shaker cabinet, we use C grade solid wood birch; for stain color, we’ll use AB grade solid wood birch. Other wood species are available too, maple, oak, cherry wood etc.
This is our temperature and humidity control room, all raw material and assembled kitchen cabinet doors, face frame and drawer fronts are storage here for 72 hours, make sure moisture content is within 8-10%, minimize door corner crack risk.
We do have strict QC inspection requirement during the production, make sure our products are great quality, our customers are based in LA, Portland, Seattle, Chicago, New York, Austin, Dallas etc USA, United Kindom, Canada etc.
Solid wood dovetail drawer box
Drawer box is 5/8” thick solid wood, most are AB grade rubberwood, while birch / poplar drawer box is also available. Normally these solid wood drawer box are dovetail construction. For project needs, we do also manufacture dovetail or non dovetail plywood drawer box to save cost.
DTC undermount full extension glides, ball rearding slide or house brand undermount glive, epoxy glide availabe.

100% Copy your Inventory Door Color
We have special light room, with which lights are Germany imported special lights. We compare color both in the light room and under natural light. We have special colorimeter to measure paint color too for sample copy and mass production, each time, we measure L, a, b and make a label, stick to door back, write down time and L, a, b number.
Each batch of mass production, we’ll leave 2pcs of B15 doors in our factory, monitor color, quality etc.

If you can see the wood grain, then it’s stain color; paint color, wood grain is invisible.
Currently we use AC paint, with Cefla auto spray machine. UV coat on plywood carcass, and depends on your budget, face frame can be AC paint and UV coat.
Normally we use solid wood birch for face frame and door stiles, rails, with AC paint; some times if customer has budget, we suggest use rubberwood for frace frame with UV coat. Other wood species, cherry, oak, maple is available too.
It depends on customer budget, can be 1/2” plywood side panels and 3/4” shelf; can be 1/2” particle board side panels and 3/4” or 5/8” particle board shelf.
Normally we use DTC undermount soft close glide and DTC soft close hinge, or DTC ball bearing glide. Some times housebrand epoxy non soft close glide is used too.
Both our Malaysia and China fatory has more than 60containers monthly capacity.
For 1st orders, because we need to receive your doors, copy color, send back for your approval, prepare drawings etc, thus for 1st order normally takes about 60-75 days.
But for repeat orders, normally it takes about 30-45days.
Normally we have 2 solutions of payment term.
- 30% deposit, 70% balance against copy of BL.
- If you have wholesale customer and repeat orders every couple weeks, then normally customer will place some deposit in our company for example $50,000.00 or $100,000.00 fixed in our account, then each time you place order, we don’t need deposit, we just collect 100% payment of the container against copy of BL>
We’ll send you production pics of each stage, and send you loading pictures too. Or send you videos and pics, and do video inspection if you can’t come to our factory.
